30$ for a pair of earring that hardly have anything to them and nothing is under 20 bucks. Little thin pieces of metal that will probably break. Expensive and overrated.

Really love all the different inspirational content - especially the daily quotes! Makes me love Alex and Ani even more!

I absolutely adore this app! But one problem recently is my shopping cart will not show my items I have in cart. Small fixable glitch. Thanks!

Thanks Alex and Ani for helping me not to shop. The 31 items on my I want it list just disappeared when I tried to look at them. Suddenly I have 0 items on my list. Update- 10/28/15 Next day, items are back. Definitely a flakey app. Update- 11/24/15-yesterday I went into the app to look at something on my want it list, and found over $800 worth of things in my bag! Also found my want it list empty, again. I love the idea of this app, but I no longer am willing to trust it. What if it purchased $800 worth of stuff? Crazy! Delete!

The shopping cart isnt working, which is the main point of the app right? Its super annoying please fix this. Other than that its a great app!

App opens fine, I look at beautiful items but I cannot purchase. When I tap on "add to bag" or "Want it!" It takes foreverrrrrrr loading and I have to restart the app again because it freezes. Then I have to look for bracelets AGAIN and wait for it to never add my items to bag. I just want to buy the bracelets. This app needs work! Im deleting it.

Hey, I would love to see whats so great about this app, but I cant cause it wont let me create an account. Every time I try to create an account and press done, it keeps saying that theres an unknown error. Ive double checked everything to make sure it was right, but it didnt work. Until you guys fix this, Im keeping this review to one star.

Really hit or miss when it comes to loading anything. Search for something you know exists: may not load any results. Click a result in the grid: may not load the page. Click want or have list in profile: may not load anything. Try to use any of the discover features: may not load anything. Really frustrating for a software testing user!

had this app a couple of months ago and it worked fine. Then got the new iPhone 6s and it DOES NOT WORK it keeps popping up with bad gateway or error. Also refuses to let me sign in to my account. I would give zero stars if I could because it seriously does not work AT ALL right now.

I have downloaded this app several times and tried to create an account. I know I have an account because my info can log in to it at the online store. The app though always says invalid. I really wanted to use this app to do a wish list and show what Ive purchased and shop but cant even get into it.

The app is the greatest idea!!! Love everything about the app! The moonscopes, shopping, etc. But the app says that my account info is incorrect when It is not, and it wont let me log in. Needs to be fixed for the login but other wise its perfect!!

Was looking forward to seeing what the app was all about. #fail! Wont even let me create an account, like other users I keep getting an "unknown error occurred". Did we forget to test before opening up to the inter webs? Disappointed!! If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected.

New customer as of December 2015 and absolutely love the products, the positive attributes of Alex and Ani, but this app is outdated showing discontinued items for sale. Also, will not add selections to shopping cart? You have such a wonderful idea and though I can just go online to buy, your younger generations are shopping more and more by apps. Hate to see you lose that business. I will positively be back! (+)
